Musnad Ahmad 30:2384

Isma'il narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Hassan, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The purification of the vessel of one of you, when a dog licks it, is to wash it seven times, the first of them with earth."
