Musnad Ahmad 30:241

Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn al-Ajlan, from Sa'id, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "If a fly falls into the vessel of one of you, let him immerse it, for in one of its wings is a cure, and in the other is a disease."
