Musnad Ahmad 30:246

Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Ajlan, from Bukayr ibn ‘Abdullah, from ‘Ajlan, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "The slave has his food and his clothing, and you shall not burden him with work that he cannot bear."
