Musnad Ahmad 30:2490

Yahya narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Ajlan, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A’raj, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "He who stabs himself, he only stabs himself into the Fire. And he who throws himself into it, he throws himself into the Fire. And he who strangles himself, he strangles himself into the Fire."
