Musnad Ahmad 30:2509

Yahya and Yazid narrated to us, from Isma'il, from his father, that Abu Hurayrah used to lead them in prayer in Medina in a manner similar to the prayer of Qays, and Qays did not prolong it. He said: I said, "Is this how the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to pray?" He said, "Yes, or even more concise." And Yazid said: "Or more concise." Waki' narrated it to us, saying: "Yes, and more concise."
