Musnad Ahmad 30:2514

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-'Ala', from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "The believer possesses protective jealousy (ghayrah), and Allah possesses more protective jealousy."
