Hadith 30:2515
Yahya narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: Al-'Ala' narrated to me, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "No man pardons except that Allah increases him in honor because of it, and charity does not decrease wealth, and no man ever pardons except that Allah increases him in honor."
حدثنا يحيى، عن شعبة، قال: حدثني العلاء، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " ما عفا رجل إلا زاده الله به عزا، ولا نقصت صدقة من مال، ولا عفا رجل قط، إلا زاده الله عزا "
