Musnad Ahmad 30:2527

Yahya narrated to us, from Muhammad, Abu Salamah narrated to me, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Regarding the fetus: a ghurra (compensation) of a male slave or a female slave." The one against whom the judgment was made said: "Should blood money be paid for one who did not eat, nor drink, nor cry out, nor wail? Such a claim is void." He (the Prophet) said: "This one is speaking with the speech of a poet. In it is a ghurra of a male slave or a female slave."
