Musnad Ahmad 30:2556

Muhammad ibn Ubayd narrated to us, he said: Dawud al-Awdi narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, regarding His saying: {It may be that your Lord will raise you to a praised station} [Al-Isra: 79]. He said: "It is the station in which I will intercede for my nation."
