Musnad Ahmad 30:2608

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Ziyad ibn Isma’il, from Muhammad ibn ‘Abbad ibn Ja’far, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: "The polytheists of Quraysh came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, disputing with him regarding the Divine Decree (al-Qadar). Then it was revealed: 'The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar. Indeed, all things We created with predestination."'" [Al-Qamar: 48-49]
