Musnad Ahmad 30:2718

Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Layth narrated to us, he said: Uqayl narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he: "Decreed regarding the one who commits adultery and has not been previously married (ghayr muhsan), that he be banished for a year along with the prescribed punishment (hadd) upon him."
