Musnad Ahmad 30:2747

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far and Bahz narrated to us, they said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, from ‘Adi ibn Thabit. Bahz said in his narration: He said: ‘Adi ibn Thabit narrated to us, he said: I heard Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "Whoever leaves behind wealth, then it is for his heirs. And whoever leaves behind a burden (kal), then it is for me to take charge of." Bahz said: "And whoever leaves behind a burden, then it is for us."
