'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Musa ibn Abi 'Uthman, he said: I heard Abu Yahya narrating from Abu Hurayrah, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The extent of the mu'adhdhin's voice is forgiven for him, and everything wet and dry bears witness for him. And the one who attends the prayer, twenty-five [prayers] are written for him, and what is between them is expiated for him." 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu Malik al-Ashja'i, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurayrah, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no *ighrar* in prayer, nor [is there] *taslim*." 'Abdullah narrated to us, he said: I heard my father saying: I asked Abu 'Amr al-Shaybani about the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "There is no *ighrar* in prayer," and he said: "It is only: 'There is no *gharar* in prayer.'" My father said: And the meaning of *gharar* is, he says: He does not exit from it while he thinks that something of it remains for him, until he is upon certainty and completion.
