Musnad Ahmad 30:2821

I read to Abd al-Rahman: Malik, from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Let none of you propose to a woman whom his brother has already proposed to."
