Umar ibn Sa'd, who is Abu Dawud al-Hafari, narrated to us, he said: Sufyan informed us, from Abu al-Zinad, from Abd al-Rahman—meaning al-A'raj—from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "I am the closest of people to Jesus. The prophets are brothers from different mothers, and there is no prophet between me and Jesus."
