'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: "The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade that a man should pray in a single garment, with nothing of it upon his shoulders."
