Hadith 30:2917
Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: I heard Shu'bah narrating from Qatadah, from Hilal ibn Yazid, that he heard Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "Indeed, this black seed is a cure for every disease, except the Sam." Shu'bah said: So I said to Qatadah: "What is the Sam?" He said: "Death."
حدثنا حجاج، قال: سمعت شعبة، يحدث عن قتادة، عن هلال بن يزيد، أنه سمع أبا هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إن هذه الحبة السوداء شفاء من كل داء، إلا السام "، قال شعبة: فقلت لقتادة: " ما السام؟ قال: الموت "
