Musnad Ahmad 30:2918

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, he said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj said: Shu‘bah narrated to me, from Qatadah, from an-Nadr ibn Anas—Hajjaj said in his narration: He said: I heard an-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "If a man becomes bankrupt and [the creditor] finds his goods exactly as they were, then he is more entitled to them."
