Waki' narrated to us, Ibn Abi Layla narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Eat the Suhur (pre-dawn meal), for indeed there is blessing in the Suhur."
