Waki' narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Muhammad bin Ziyad, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "The best of you in Islam are those with the best characters, if they attain understanding [of the religion]."
