Musnad Ahmad 30:3186

Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A resident shall not sell for a bedouin, and do not practice najash (bidding up the price without the intention to buy), and a man shall not bargain over the bargain of his brother, and he shall not propose to a woman over the proposal of his brother. And a woman shall not ask for the divorce of her sister (in faith) so as to empty what is in her vessel, and she should marry, for she shall only have what Allah has written for her."
