Isma'il narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ishaq narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, he said: Abu Hurayrah said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, declared sacred what is between its two lava fields." He said: He means Medina. He said: "If I found gazelles dwelling [there], I would not have startled them."
