Musnad Ahmad 30:3336

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad ibn ‘Amr informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurairah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) decreed regarding the fetus [killed by miscarriage] a *ghurrah* (compensation): a male slave or a female slave." The one against whom the judgment was made said: "Shall blood money be paid for one who did not drink, nor ate, nor cried out so as to wail? Such a claim is void." The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "This man speaks with the speech of a poet. Yes, there is a *ghurrah* in it: a male slave or a female slave."
