Musnad Ahmad 30:3369

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad informed us, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A’raj, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Right Hand of Allah is full; spending does not diminish it, pouring forth night and day." And he said: "Have you seen what He has spent since He created the heavens and the earth? For it has not diminished what is in His Right Hand." He said: "And His Throne is upon the water, and in His other Hand is the Scale; He lowers and He raises."
