Musnad Ahmad 30:3416

Yazid narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from al-Harith ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If he becomes intoxicated, then whip him. Then if he becomes intoxicated, then whip him. Then if he becomes intoxicated, then whip him. Then if he returns a fourth time, then strike his neck."
