Musnad Ahmad 30:3456

Yazid narrated to us, Hisham informed us, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "The injury caused by an animal is exempt from liability (jabbar), and the injury caused by a mine is exempt from liability (jabbar), and in buried treasure (rikaz) is one-fifth."
