Musnad Ahmad 30:3465

Yazid narrated to us, Sa'id informed us, from Qatadah, from an-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever goes bankrupt with the wealth of a people, and a man finds his own property specifically with him, then he is more entitled to it than anyone else."
