Musnad Ahmad 30:3474

Yazid narrated to us, Hisham ibn Hassan informed us, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A man shall not propose to a woman whom his brother has already proposed to, nor shall he outbid his brother. A woman shall not be married [in a way that is] over her paternal aunt, nor over her maternal aunt. And she shall not ask for the divorce of her sister in order to empty what is in her dish; rather, she should marry, for she shall have only what Allah has decreed for her."
