Ruh narrated to us, Salih ibn Abi al-Akhdar narrated to us, Ibn Shihab narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "On the night I was taken on the Night Journey, I was brought two vessels: a vessel of milk and a vessel of wine. I looked at them and took the milk. Jibril said: 'Praise be to Allah who guided you to the natural disposition (fitrah). If you had taken the wine, your nation would have gone astray.'"
