Musnad Ahmad 30:3574

Ad-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, Muhammad ibn ‘Ajlan narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Leave me as I have left you, for those who were before you were only destroyed by their excessive questioning and their disagreement with their prophets."
