Musnad Ahmad 30:3593

'Uthman ibn 'Umar narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from Sa'id ibn Sam'an, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until tribulations appear, lying becomes widespread, markets draw near to one another, time draws near, and *al-harj* increases." It was said: "And what is *al-harj*?" He said: "Killing."
