Musnad Ahmad 30:3606

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammad—meaning Ibn Salamah—narrated to us, 'Asim ibn Bahdalah informed us, from Yazid ibn Shurayk, that al-Dahhak ibn Qays sent with him to Marwan some clothing. Marwan said: "Look at whom you see at the door." He said: "Abu Hurayrah." So he gave him permission [to enter]. He said: "O Abu Hurayrah, narrate to us something you heard from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." He said: "I heard him say: 'People who have taken charge of this affair will certainly wish that they had fallen from the Pleiades, and that they had not taken charge of anything.'" He said: "Add to us, O Abu Hurayrah." He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say: 'The destruction of this nation will occur at the hands of young boys from Quraysh.'"
