Musnad Ahmad 30:3613

Shu'ayb ibn Harb Abu Salih narrated to us, he said: I heard Malik ibn Anas, and he mentioned Sufyan al-Thawri, and he said: "As for him, he parted from me upon the condition that he does not drink nabidh."
