'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hisham and 'Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, [Hisham] informed us, from 'Abbad ibn Abi 'Ali, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurayrah—he attributed it [to the Prophet]—he said: 'Abd al-Wahhab said from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "Woe to the trustees, woe to the ministers. People will wish on the Day of Resurrection that their forelocks were suspended from the Pleiades, swinging between the heaven and the earth, and that they had not been in charge of any affair."
