Musnad Ahmad 30:3656

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Khallas, from Abu Rafi', from Abu Hurairah, that he mentioned two men who claimed a beast, and neither of them had evidence. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, ordered them to cast lots for the oath.
