I read to Abd al-Rahman: Malik, from Sumayy, the freed slave of Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Salih al-Samman, from Abu Hurairah: That the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "While a man was walking on a road, he found a thorny branch on the road and moved it aside. So Allah thanked him and forgave him."
