Musnad Ahmad 30:3788

Uthman ibn Umar narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Abd al-Rahman, that Ibn Hunayn informed him, from Abu Hurayrah: That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) heard a man reciting: "Say, 'He is Allah, [who is] One,'" until he finished it. He said, "It has become incumbent." It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, what has become incumbent?" He said, "Paradise." Abu Hurayrah said: I wanted to go to him and give him the glad tidings, but I preferred having lunch with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and I feared that I would miss the lunch with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). Then I returned to the man, but I found that he had already left.
