Musnad Ahmad 30:3793

Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih, from his father, from Abu Hurairah: That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, when he would go to his bed, he would say: "O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the earths, and our Lord and the Lord of everything, Splitter of the grain and the date-stone, Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran, I seek refuge in You from the evil of every possessor of evil, whose forelock You hold. You are the First, so there is nothing before You; and You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; and You are the Manifest (al-Zahir), so there is nothing above You; and You are the Hidden (al-Batin), so there is nothing beyond You. Settle the debt for me and enrich me from poverty."
