Musnad Ahmad 30:3807

Hashim narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from Abu al-Walid, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When you lead the people in prayer, then make it light, for among them are the elderly, the weak, and the young."
