Musnad Ahmad 30:401

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from al-Agharr Abu 'Abd Allah, the companion of Abu Hurayrah, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "When it is the day of Jumu'ah, the angels sit at the doors of the mosque, and they record those who come to the Jumu'ah. When the Imam comes out, the angels fold their scrolls and enter to listen to the reminder." And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The one who goes early to the Jumu'ah is like one who offers a camel as a sacrifice, then like one who offers a cow, then like one who offers a sheep, then like one who offers a duck, then like one who offers a chicken, then like one who offers an egg."
