Musnad Ahmad 30:407

'Abd al-Wahid narrated to us, from 'Awf, from Khallas, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Let not one of you urinate in stagnant water, then perform ablution from it."
