Musnad Ahmad 30:586

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib and Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "The injury caused by an animal is *jabbar* (non-liable), the well is *jabbar*, and the mine is *jabbar*, and in the *rikaz* (buried treasure) there is one-fifth." And *al-jabbar* means: that which is wasted (i.e., no compensation is due).
