Musnad Ahmad 30:590

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "There is no newborn except that Satan touches it when it is born, so it begins to cry out from the touch of Satan upon it, except for Maryam and her son." Then Abu Hurayrah says: "Read if you wish: {And I seek refuge for her in You and [for] her descendants from Satan, the expelled [from the mercy of Allah]} [Al 'Imran: 36]."
