Musnad Ahmad 30:641

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Salamah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The previously married woman is to be consulted, and the virgin is to be asked for permission." They said: "And what is her permission, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "That she remains silent."
