Hadith 30:654
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah—he said: I do not know it except that he attributed the hadith [to the Prophet]—he said: "Hasten with your funerals. For if it is righteous, you are hastening it toward good; and if it is otherwise, you are relieving yourselves of it and placing it down from your necks."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، حدثنا معمر، عن الزهري، عن ابن المسيب، عن أبي هريرة - قال: لا أعلمه إلا رفع الحديث -، قال: " أسرعوا بجنائزكم، فإن كانت صالحة، عجلتموها إلى الخير، وإن كانت طالحة، استرحتم منها، ووضعتموها عن رقابكم "
