Hadith 30:7
Hashim narrated to us, from Zakariya, from al-Sha'bi, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "If the animal is mortgaged, then its fodder is upon the mortgagee, and the milk of the nursing animal is to be drunk, and upon the one who drinks it is its maintenance, and he may ride it."
