Musnad Ahmad 30:760

Isma'il ibn 'Umar narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from Sa'id al-Maqburi, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "By Allah, he does not believe. By Allah, he does not believe. By Allah, he does not believe." They said: "And what is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "The neighbor, a neighbor whose neighbor is not safe from his *bawa'iq* (evils/calamities)." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, and what are his *bawa'iq*?" He said: "His evil."
