Musnad Ahmad 30:887

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu al-Tayyah, he said: I heard Abu Zur'ah narrating from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, he said: "My nation will be destroyed by this clan from Quraysh." They said: "What do you command us, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "If only the people would isolate themselves from them." Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: My father said during his illness in which he died: "Strike through this hadith, for it contradicts the hadiths from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him," meaning his saying: "Listen, obey, and be patient."
