Musnad Ahmad 30:889

I read to Abd al-Rahman: Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Ibn Akimah al-Laythi, from Abu Hurayrah: That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished a prayer in which he recited aloud. He said: "Did any of you recite with me just now?" A man said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "I say, why am I being disputed with regarding the Qur'an?" The people ceased reciting with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in that which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited aloud of the recitation in the prayers, when they heard that from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
