Hashim narrated to us, Laith narrated to us, Sa’id—meaning al-Maqburi—narrated to me, from Abu Ubaydah, from Sa’id ibn Yasar, that he heard Abu Hurairah saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No one performs ablution and perfects his ablution and completes it, then comes to the mosque desiring nothing but prayer therein, except that Allah rejoices at him just as the family of one who is absent rejoices at his arrival."
